Auto Wide-Area "Barn" Light

Illuminate large areas of your outdoor space, by affixing to the garage, barn, or house. This hi-tech, wide-area light will last 50,000 hours (that’s 17 years, based on 8 hours of use each day – a real cost of $10 per year). Installed on a wall or high post, hard-wired (110-240V) a minimum of 8' off the ground, it emits an exceedingly bright light. As a reference, the area strongly illuminated at an elevation of 10' is a circle with a diameter of 38' 6" – an area of 1,165 sq. ft. (there is light scatter at the edges, of course). Fitted to the front of the frame is a Dusk-to-Dawn sensor which automatically turns the light on at dusk and then off at the beginning of the next day. Keeping it bright all night discourages intruders. The clear polycarbonate lens is 100% waterproof. Seems to us like a natural go-to, if the need is there. This one is really special.
