The two most frequently used knives in the kitchen are often a Chef’s Knife and a shorter all-purpose Paring Knife. Here they are at a great price. Both feature Rosewood scales and brass rivets. Chef Knife is 8”; Paring Knife is 6-3/4”. Suitable for the home cook and professional chef alike. These are part of our re-discovered stash of 30-50-year-old vintage cutlery from Theirs, France’s, a city renowned for its mastery and history of forging tableware.
Because these are vintage, quantities are extremely limited. When they are gone stocks cannot be replaced. Hand wash and dry, no dishwasher.
