Set of Five Vintage Rosewood Kitchen Knives

Made in Thiers, France, all five knives in this specially curated set feature Rosewood handle, brass pins (or rosettes), and stainless steel blades. From shortest to longest, we are offering the following. A paring style knife, known as an Epluchette, or peeler, with a distinctive 3” long “birds beak” blade, 6-½” overall. A classic Paring Knife with a 4-½” blade, 8-¾” overall. A Butcher’s Knife, with a tapered 5-⅜” blade and broad handle that can handle large cutting jobs or precision boning; 10-½” overall. The Chef’s Knife is the workhorse of the kitchen; there are two in this set. One features a 6-¾ long Hybrid Blade profile (11-½” overall) and three gorgeous rosettes (in lieu of brass pins); and a Classic 9” Chef’s Blade (13-½” overall). These are truly historic, decades old knives that have never been used. Offered as a set for great price; quantities are limited, and these beauties sell fast. Hand wash only and wipe dry immediately.
