This set of Vintage Kitchen Knives feature two Butcher’s (or Sticking) Knives and a thinner Filet Knife, so whether you are preparing surf or turf, we got you covered. These gorgeous. “couteaux de boucher” have served French butchers for generations, so they should do fine for your kitchen tasks. The medium-stiff stainless-steel blades can handle large cutting jobs, while the tapered tip allows for precision tasks like boning. Two sizes: 9-1/4” overall with a 4-1/4” blade; and 11-1/2” overall with a 6-1/2” blade. The Filet Knife has a slightly thinner blade and is a bit more flexible than the sticking knives; 11-1/2” overall, 6-1/2” blade. The beautiful Rosewood handles have three brass pins. A great price for a set of truly historical kitchen knives. Quantities are limited. Hand wash only and wipe dry immediately."
