Hand made in the middle of the last century in one of the world’s renowned cutlery centers. The largest knife, with its 3¼" blade is excellent for small scale cutting and slicing. The mid size with its birds beak shape is an all-around too. The smallest size, with its 2¼" blade an aggressive birds-beak is great for peeling and scoring potatoes and carrots. All three have Rosewood handles and Brass pins.
As they are hand made and each is unique, slight variations should be expected. Because these are vintage, we have limited quantities and when our stock is gone forever. Hand wash and dry only. No dishwasher.
