Three Vintage Paring Knives
These beautiful paring knives, all with different carbon steel blade styles, with Rosewood scales and Brass pins, are decades old made in Thiers, France, renowned as one of the our greatest cutlery centers.
One has a 4 5/8" blade has a classic, straight-blade silhouette. The second has a 3¾" blade which curves slightly forward – Yatagan style. The third has a 2¼" blade and is known as an Epluchette, or peeler.
Available as a perfect set of three. Limited quantities. Hand-wash and dry only, no dishwasher.
