Description
Traditional Log Saw sometimes called a Bull Saw
This log saw shares the same crosscut tooth pattern as other lumberjack saws without the larger size that can make them unwieldy. This 30" blade saw with 4tpi cuts is the perfect choice for wet or dry round logs that need to be cut quickly and efficiently without clogging or binding up like others saws.
We recommend this log saw for logs up to 12” in diameter, although larger logs may be cut with reduced efficiency.
Designed by a California company that makes tools for professional arborists, it’s meant to get to work and provide a reliable tool for years to come. A comfortable wood handhold provides a secure grip for firm cuts.
Durable Lumberjack Saw
We knew we had a winner with this saw when we used it to cut through a very wet pine log and it was every bit as fast as a 2-person saw. Made with a traditional design that’s been used for generations, you can trust it to help you maintain your trees or keep your fireplace well-fed. Pick a log saw up for your home and one for your next camping trip from Garrett Wade today. These are assembled in the USA with an American made handle and domestic and imported parts.

Reviews
This thing is a beast!
"Long story short: I bought this to quartersaw some seven foot white oak logs and it worked brilliantly! Way more aggressive than the panel saw I started with and a whole lot “more blade”. It was still a ton of work, but I was able to reduce the time in half from my previous saw. Don’t think I will ever need to hand sawyer oak logs again, but I am so happy to have this weapon in my quiver."
My husband loves it!
"My husband has been using is father's saw which has to be 60 years old. Although he still uses it and will never get rid of it, he was looking for another that may make his tasks a little easier. I bought this saw for him as a birthday gift and he used it as soon as it arrived (he loves chopping wood). He said it is very easy to handle and cuts through rounds very easily. It is a hit!"
Excellent Saw
"I use this saw every year to cut firewood. Get warmed twice. When I cut it and when I burn it. Good for a nice quiet day in the woods and a good workout."
Impressive service!
"My saw is awesome! I really appreciate your company showing respect for the folks that are out there using hand tools to strengthen their bodies and minds. I have respect for the chainsaw, but the feeling I get when I finish hand-sawing a log is an indescribable joy. Website is easy to use, really nicely done, delivered way quicker than expected. I hope to send y’all some pictures of this saw’s capabilities!"
Arrived incredibly sharp, the handle
"Arrived incredibly sharp, the handle wears evenly under hard use, I strongly recommend some oil on the blade before & after every use to avoid rust."
Easy to use.
"I had some branches fall during a windstorm, and I was able to cut them into usable size pieces."
