Our Garrett Wade high-tech LED flashlight throws a very bright beam 50 meters. The tough aluminum alloy body has a handy clip to hang on your belt or clip to your bag so it is always at the ready. The beam is adjustable from a wide broad light to a concentrated square.
It’s designed to be an all-around light that is small enough to take anywhere, bright enough for most occasions, and yet still very affordable. Takes three AAA batteries (not included) which are housed in an easily accessible cartridge . Measures 4 ¾” L x 1 ¼” W.

Great compact flashlight
"This compact flashlight is a great safety feature when walking after dark. I store it in my jacket pocket, and pull it out in poorly illuminated areas so I don't trip on sidewalk irregularities. The flashing feature is also convenient for crossing unlit intersections so that vehicles on the street (especially bicycles!) can see me. I haven't used the variable focus feature yet, but it is nice to know it is there."

"We were very amaze how bright it is and you can magnify focus of the light angle was very great will use out when sailing in the dark as a spot light. Compact design fits in a pocket. It uses three AAA batteries still have to see how fast it goes through them, lucky I use rechargeables. Do think a sheath would benefit since the magnification can get scratch if place in a junk drawer. I do hope it is water resistant."

Q&A
- This is in response to a question from Mary F on 11/19/2021. There is a cartridge that slides out after you unscrew the on/off button. There is room for 3 AAA batteries to pop into the cartridge. The website states that it takes 2 AA batteries, which is wrong. This needs to be corrected so as not to confuse people. I was also confused until I took a better look at the situation. Garrett Wade should have explained this to Mary F instead of the short snappy answer they gave.
