If you have not received your order OR received a confirmation that your order has shipped, we want to assure you that its being worked on now .  We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you need to check on the status of your order, you can do the following:

  1. If you have a user account with us, please log in here to see the current status of your recent order.
  2. Contact us via email at mail@garrettwade.com or our contact form. We will respond to your email within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
  3. Call us at 800-221-2942. Please note: our phone lines are extremely busy this time of year and our wait times may be long. Options 1 or 2 above are the best way to get information on your order.
