Four screw holes on the bolt section and two on the receiving end attach securely to your intended surfaces. "We ordered the large sliding door latch with great expectations that were not fully met. Actually getting our order was a pain that took multiple phone calls (and a trip to the UPS store to return two Garrett Wade orders that came to me instead of their intended recipients. ) I’m pretty sure my original latch order went to someone else as well. Once we finally received the latch, I was a bit disappointed that the black finish was completely rubbed off on a section of the latch. Despite that, we installed the latch and it seems to be a good fit for our pool house door."
