It’s still constructed out of heavy duty military grade waxed canvas #10 (also known as wagon cover grade; essentially the highest grade of canvas). Heated paraffin wax is added to create a remarkably rugged and long-lasting water- and rot-proof material. Double-thick canvas, double-stitched reinforced edging, and webbed nylon handles make this a real workhorse that will securely and comfortably lug up to 9 good sized logs, split to firewood size. It will last you a long, long time, and you’ll be glad to have it when woodstove season is upon us. When you’re not using it, just roll it up and store it until you need it again. Great Product if a Little Pricey
"I don’t have a fireplace or wood to carry. I bought two of the original version of these (when they were less expensive) to use at the farmers’ market, but now that New Jersey charges for all shopping bags, I use them at the supermarket as well. Very useful and I get many compliments on how handsome they are. I couldn’t resist and just purchased the black version, even though the price is now a little steep. Great product. Deducted one star only because of the price."
