Shipping Rates and Details:

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Ground Shipping Rates:

These are the regular shipping and handling, ground service charges to addresses within the USA and possessions. (Includes parcel insurance.)

For all orders (except for Truck Shipments), and for each separate delivery address, add to the total of goods the following shipping charges:

USA Surface/Ground Shipping Charges (contiguous 48 states):
$12 for totals 0 to $250.
$16 for totals $250 to $500.
$20 for totals over $500.

Orders to Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico have the following ground shipping charges:
$60 for totals $0 to $150.
$80 for totals $150 to $500.
10% + $40 for totals $500 or more.

Orders to Hawaii have the following ground shipping charges:
$50 for totals $0 to $150.
$70 for totals $150 to $500.
10% + $20 for totals $500 or more.

Express Shipping Rates:

The following chart specifies the shipping charges for each Express shipping method. The rates below are measured by the total weight of the items in an individual order.

Please note: Air Restricted items are not eligible for Express shipping. If there is any item in your order that is Air Restricted, the entire order is ineligible for express shipping. See items in your cart for any restrictions. Orders over 20 lbs are also not eligible for Express shipping.

Express shipping options are not available for international orders or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

For an order 0-5 lbs.:
$23.60 for 2-3 Day Express Delivery (2 Day Air)
$30.80 for 1-3 Day Express Delivery (Next Day Air)

For an order 5.01 to 10 lbs.:
$36.80 for 2-3 Day Express Delivery (2 Day Air)
$41.70 for 1-3 Day Express Delivery (Next Day Air)

For an order 10.01-15 lbs.:
$51.10 for 2-3 Day Express Delivery (2 Day Air)
$53.80 for 1-3 Day Express Delivery (Next Day Air)

For an order 15.01-20 lbs.:
$55.50 for 2-3 Day Express Delivery (2 Day Air)
$61.05 for 1-3 Day Express Delivery (Next Day Air)

International (Canada) Shipping Rates:

Please also note that orders shipping to Canada are delivered postage paid but you are responsible for any applicable Taxes & Duties. Additionally, the shipping rates for Canadian orders are based on the weight of the items in your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 90 days from the date the items were shipped. We pay for the return shipping costs (U.S. customers only) if you use a prepaid label generated by completing our online returns process.

To process a return, please complete the following steps:

Locate your order number from your order receipt email or the packing slip from inside your package. (Your order number will be a 10-digit number starting with “1200…”)
Fill out this online returns form using your order number to initiate your return*.
Completing this online form will generate a prepaid label that you can print.
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, ideally in the original packaging.
Place the return packing slip or order receipt inside the box.
Place the prepaid Return Shipping Label on the outside of the box and hand your package to a USPS Mail Carrier OR drop it at the nearest Post Office.
Please do NOT call UPS to pick up your package as there is a $10.00 fee for this service, which will be at the customer's expense.

*Please note: some items are non-returnable via USPS. If your order contains one or more of those items, your order may not be found in the online returns form. If your order cannot be found in the online returns form for ANY reason, please contact us to process your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All International Order return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed. All International returns sent within 90 days will be refunded the full returned merchandise cost when received.

You should expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Backorders

Due to manufacturing or transportation delays, we may be unable to completely fill an order in the first shipment. All shipping charges will be billed with the first shipment. No additional shipping charges will be billed when the backorder is shipped.
