Loppers are the best
"These loppers replaced a pair that grew legs and vanished. They are heavy, and you must push the handles a few times to fully engage the rachet, but then they slice through the thickest branches with such ease. On a side note, the Customer Service Dept. is the best. Susan, in particular, helped me out when I made a bad error on an order. It was sorted out so quickly, easily, and painlessly to me that I have nothing but praise for that department."

"I've had my heavy-duty bypass lopper for about 2 weeks now and I really like the engineering behind the tool. However, I give this 3 stars as my blade is already showing signs of chipping and wear. I will pull out a file and try and sharpen it and order a couple of replacement blades. I did expect the blade to be more hardy that just 3 uses."

- Does anyone sell parts for the heavy duty bypass loppers as the plastic piece that is inside the handle broke on mine? The handle continues to slide off the steel piece attached to the cutting blades. Where can I get a replacement please?
- Dave, the only parts we have are replacement buttons for the arms. Would these help? Thank you.
- Do they close with only one squeeze of the handles, or do I have to open and close the handles multiple times to get full closure of the jaws?
- Stephen, These lopper are ratcheting, The cutting action is gear driven there by reducing pressure on the handles needed to cut the branch. Operates by opening the handles wide open, place on the branch, close handles, open partially and close again. the 3rd close will cut the branch.
