The Red Pig Hand Trowel measures 14-1/2" with a sharp 6-1/2" x 2-3/4" blade to break up problem soils and dig holes for planting or repotting. The Red Pig Cultivator has three thick tines that work great on loosening tightly packed soil. The head is approximately 5" x 3" and the full length is 12-1/2". Both tools are hand forged out of iron with stainless steel bolsters and comfortable hickory handles and will last a lifetime with proper care. The iron will develop a rich patina that deepens with use.
