We’ve field tested these wonderful, Italian-made Ravioli Molds at home and they get a resounding thumbs up. Your choice of square or round. Easy to use; lay a rolled pasta sheet over the mold, place your favorite filler (meat, cheese or vegetables) in each dimple, lay another sheet of pasta on top, then roll with the included pin to crimp and seal the edges. There are rubber inserts on the feet, so it won’t slip or mar your counter-top. Make ravioli like your Nonna used to make. Mangia!
