"The kit arrived and upon opening to check contents, found that several of the heavier pieces had come loose in the kit and snagged the interior cloth interior. The handle for the handheld vise had come loose and the metal cover was bent and off in the case. I repaired the tool and reassembled same before giving my son the kit for his birthday. There was no exterior evidence of rough handling but there was no cushioning material within the zippered case to keep all pieces in place."
