Description

These three “couteaux de boucher” (butcher’s knives) were found recently among a trove of vintage knives in Thiers, France. Each knife features three Brass pins and a European blackwood handle. The broad-handled “Sticking Knife” has served French butchers for generations. Surprised

"Knife quickly and easily took on an edge fine enough to shave with in little time."

Butcher Sticking Knife (9-3/4"")

"The butcher knife was purchased more from a sentimentality than actual need. Mother. always had one that was very similar to the one I purchased. It does seem like a great butcher knife."

— Darrell M. (5/5)
