Flat Fine Grater

This Flat Slicer is part of our Three Piece Flat Set (39A03.10). Made by a small family business northwest of Milan. The workshop is just a few miles from Lago d’ Orta, a picturesque medieval town in the Italian lake district. The handles are made of cherry wood insets which give them a distinctive and comfortable feel. This fine grater can be used to slice a variety of cheeses to add on to your pasta and salad dishes. It can also be used to add some lemon zest! Speed up your cooking prep work with this product.
