A pleasure to use.
"After some basic tuning up this plane was perfect. It feels good in your hands, and is the perfect weight. I am very pleased with this plane. Highly recommended."
Quality — The American Way
"I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas present; but I had to give it to him early. The first thing he noticed was how heavy the box was. This planer is all cast and machined. It is beautiful and truly — heirloom quality. This is going to last generations in our household. A must have for your beloved woodworker."
Nice quality
"Extremely happy with my purchase"
Well made and good design.
"Well made and fitted. Had to work the blade as the back was not flat. Took about 15 minutes with mine diamond plate. The normal honing and micro bevel, then stropping it. Cuts very well. Solid blade and unusual chip breaker profile. After swapping blade and chip breaker with my Record No. 5 with Stanley blade, decided to use the GW as a Jack plane and the Record as a Fore plane with the GW blade."
