"I spent a few hours removing the factory machine patterns and honed them up using my Tormek and water stones, now they are usable for work. They're a great little set and I like the shorter blades which make it easier to chop out joinery and bowties. The handles are beefy and feel comfortable for extended use. These are my workhorses and at this price point with a denim roll (and mallet too) ya can't lose. Sharpen them before use or have them honed and your experience will be much better - goes for all chisels and plane irons."

- We did offer stock # 63A04.70 the chisels with the mallet. However, the mallet is now NLA and just the chisels come with the stock # 63A04.05.
