We needed these globes
"Our sailboat was built in France, and one of our lights got shattered by Katrina. Since then, yes, I know, a long time we've been getting her back to Bristol. My search for a replacement globe, much less one with a Frenell lens seemed impossible. I really didn't want to change the lights, much less the electric system. Then I saw both the red and green globes as well as a 'railroad lantern with the clear. Bought the railroad lantern which really impressed my husband with its constrution. Compared the globe in it with one from our boat. (In my best Gomer Pyle accent. . . . Golly!) It fits. So now I have both a replacement globe for both port and starboard, I also have a clear white non-electric lantern, should we ever need one. I'm delighted with the Styrofoam holders they were shipped in and the speed at which we received them."
