"The grater with larger holes was loosely attached to wooden handle, metal piece swivels from side to side and there is no way to tighten it. There also appears to be a blue material (melted plastic?) on the grater with smaller holes. I tried scrubbing this off, but it was difficult to navigate around the holes and it would not come off completely."
