"This is a fine example of Italian craft. Beautiful, sturdy, and durable! I'll enjoy using this and so will those after me. Looks great in the kitchen. Thank you Italy!"
Three Year Ownership Review
"Three year ownership review: This is an awesome coffee grinder. Many manual grinders develop slack and wobble when you grind. Not this one - it still works as well and as smoothly as it did three years ago. We use it every day. As long as you put a little mineral oil in the two oiling ports, you are good to go. It is a tank. This is a very quality item, worth every penny."

"We love it. It’s a nice addition to our morning coffee ritual and the coffee tastes sooo good!"
It is a fine coffee
"It is a fine coffee grinder. It takes a bit longer to grind coffee than I expected. But, that’s okay. I will enjoy using anyway."
Glad you asked. We ordered
"Glad you asked. We ordered the GREEN, you shipped the COPPER. We needed to replace our old grinder. It took so long for this copper one to arrive we decided to keep it rather than have to wait to send this one back and have you send the correct one. We’ve learned to settle with the wrong color. The mechanism works well,"
Replaced a different (less expensive)
"Replaced a different (less expensive) hand operated grinder with this one. Fantastic at grinding beans, It is unfortunate the wood for the base and handle are not good choices for a grinder that cost over $400. Walnut or Cherry would be more appropriate."
4. 75, keeping it simple.
"I have been avoiding getting a grinder for years after buying several “good” but not professional espresso grinders and having them barely last a year. I have been contemplating this grinder for a couple of years as making my stove top espresso has become one of grounding rituals. Traveling and racing bikes in Italy made me fall in love with this way of making coffee. Simply, the grinder works very well and I am able to fine tune grind enough to get the creama I expect from the various espresso makers or when I use a coffee press. I wish the wood drawer was stainless to make less of a mess with the coffee grinds, but it adds to the low tech simplicity of my coffee making process. Based upon the design it should pass on for few generations."
