Netherton Spun Iron Cookware Set

Just in time for your holiday feast preparations, we’ve teamed up with England’s Netherton Foundry for a versatile, beautifully made two-piece set of their beloved spun iron cookware. Both items measure 11” in diameter, and a spun iron lid with an oven-safe handle is included which will fit both pans snugly. The frying pan, with its classic angled sides and long, straight handle, is terrific for omelettes, crepes, or for finishing off sautees with a quick blast of oven heat. The casserole pot is 4 ¼” deep, with a slightly rounded base that’s generous enough to accommodate all kinds of dishes from stews to casseroles to braises. The iron construction makes both of them completely safe to use on the stovetop or in the oven, and they come preseasoned with flax oil, giving them a deep black finish that is naturally nonstick. Get this set for the season, but use it all year round.
