We found this on a recent buying trip to Italy and have been enjoying making pasta at home ever since. The Kit works beautifully. It's easy to change the rollers via two thumb screws.
Makes four different widths/types of pastas, or you can just roll out pizza dough. The Kit comes with a stainless-steel cutter, too, so you can make other shapes. The beechwood roller set include rollers for Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Tagliatelle, and Papperdelle. The handle is a wine-red color (very appropriate). Make pasta just like Nonna used to make.
