You can easily control angle boring up to 45 degrees, while integral V-guides make drilling round stock a breeze. When you order our drill guide jig, you also get a depth stop with your purchase.

Not made for hole saws

"So. . . . . . the jig itself is ok in that it does what it is supposed to do. Not the most sturdy thing I've ever seen, but the price was reasonable so I can't really complain. I purchased it in order to drill 45 degree holes for a riddling rack, but the hole saw and a forstner bit are too big to fit through the base of the guide. That's not the jig's fault, its more mine for not paying attention to the base diameter when I purchased it."

Practical drill accessory for those without a shop.

"I do very little woodwoorking, but needed to drill some holes maintaining perpendicularity, with depth limiting. This device does both. It appeared to be the best among those available. I am completely satisfied."

Q&A

What’s the distance from the check to the base? In other words, what’s the longest bit you can use with this?
9 inches from tip of the chuck to bottom of base
What is the diameter of the base? (Ie. Would something like a 3” hole saw be able to be used?)
Scott, the opening in the base is an oval. The short axis is 2 1/4" so a 3'' hole saw would be too big. In other words, 2 1/4" is the biggest hole saw that will fit. Thank you.
