"I love this garden tool. I have given it as gifts. It works beautifully. Much easier to use than the typical garden spade. Really well made and makes short work of weeds. Only reason I ordered another is that my first one was misplaced."
"LOVE IT. I have given it to friends and they all love it too"
"I'm an avid gardener that finds this tool to be everything a garden spade wishes it could be, while performing poorly in the one area the spade does well. My home already had sixty years of previous occupancy before my wife and I moved in, and during that time the previous tenants left lasting imprints all over the property in the form of a variety of buried items (refuse, concrete, weed cloth, etc. ). In the time I've been gardening at this property, I've gone through a number of tools as they've bent, broken, and have otherwise been replaced for one reason or another over the years. The serrated side of this tool does a great job at slicing through old, buried weed cloth, so long as you recognize that the serrated side is designed to perform best on the thrust rather than the pull. The tip does a fantastic job at piercing through weed cloth and soil alike, while also withstanding regular run-ins with hard buried objects. Both the tip and blade have maintained a constant edge, with no bends, chips, or broken tips. The hand guard is a quality feature that provides both safety and leverage. One weakness of this tool lies in the neck, and I'm not entirely sold on it being a negative. I have had the neck bend on me some, but the neck bent while the rest of the tool did not. In other words, I knew when I needed to back off and get a different tool for the job before anything from the hand guard on took damage. Another weak point for this tool is with the small amount of dirt you can shovel with it compared to a typical garden spade. This is not a huge deal, but just know that this will not completely replace the OG tools like a garden spade, shovel, rake, pocket knife, etc. . This has become an irreplaceable, go-to tool for digging holes for all my transplants & seedlings, and proved to be my golden ticket when doing some unanticipated brick laying to fill in space between the ground and an existing raised bed."
"Nice and sharp. The handle is a little loose."
"Perfect weed removal tool My wife is a master gardener with U of I extension She was at a volunteer event and someone stole it from her bucket"
"The Professional Gardener’s Digging Tool is my new go to tool! Instead of carrying a trowel, a knife, and a weed puller, I just have this. It digs so much faster and easier than a trowel in my gardens under the trees, doesn’t get clogged with dirt when I divide my hostas like a knife does, and can pop out a dandelion root easier than any weed puller I’ve owned. This is a must have tool."
"I keep hoping my first digging tool will show up someday, but I decided to go ahead and buy a new one. Of course, it continues to be my favorite tool; I seldom garden without it. Putting in plants, digging weeds—it’s the best."
"Only used it once so far but I’m happy to add it to my gardening tools. Loved the guard near the handle."
"Go to garden tool. Multi purpose, sturdy. Like the hand guard for digging"
"Very sturdy. Hands cannot slip past the guard and risk cutting yourself if the blade is nicked. My go to digging tool for metal detecting."
