"I have searched a long time for a good earthenware or stoneware pitcher. According to your liner notes for a similar stoneware cream pitcher that product is crafted by Marshall pottery in Marshall, TX. I assume this product was manufactured by the same company. The design is classic and the materials and workmanship are outstanding. I have owned a 2-pint version of this pitcher for at least 30 years and it is still the best pitcher I’ve owned. I expect this piece to last as long. This pitcher keeps cold liquids cold and holds the heat of hot liquids. It’s a good, versatile size and is somewhat heavy, but that is characteristic of good quality true pottery. Love it! Highly recommend it if you looking for a great piece that will give service for many years."
