The Straight Spade (known in the professional trade as “The King of Spades” has a 7" wide 14" long blade. We recommend the Optional Rubber Foot Pad with this tool.

"This it the most over engineered shovel you can buy, I was breaking all types them before. The wood & fiberglass just aren’t strong enough for big tree removals. This KOS, no worries drop all your weight & see them emerge from the hole, no worries with this heavy beast of a shovel. The edge holds its sharpness very well against aggressive root removal & the extra weight help shear right through just about every root unseen with ease, other reviewers said they needed a pad, stop wearing sandals while working in the yard you yahoo’s. Don’t leave this KOS laying around it will grow legs & never to be seen again. If this doesn’t make you buy one or maybe two, stay inside & keep watching HGTV & dreaming about some real yard work!"
