"I see that they state that the apron is for people with waists from 35""-48"", but when my wife asked me to buy her this apron for Christmas, I neglected to note that the sizing is WAY too large for her. Judging from the large numbers with a similar complaint, it would certainly make sense for G-W to offer a smaller version of the apron, perhaps reducing the number of pockets, so that it would work for smaller humans! As it is, we will have to take the apron to a shoe repair outlet and have them right-size the belt. This could have been easily avoided. . . ."

"The apron is very nice, but the default sizing is crazy. If your waist is less than 38 inches or so, you won't be able to wear this. I bought this as a gift for my wife and she can't use it; I now have to take it somewhere to get the strap adjusted."

Useful but large and heavy
"This is exactly what I needed. I was tired of putting down tools, never to see them again. Now that doesn't happen. That said, this apron is a bit heavier than probably necessary. Also, I have a large waist, and I could barely adjust this to be small enough. If I lose weight it will become useless. What giants is this designed for?"
