- What are the true dimensions of this item? Your paper catalog which I received in the mail shows 16"L x 10 1/4"W x 9"H. Website shows 24"L x 13.5"W x 11.5"H. Both identified as item# 86A09.02. That's a huge difference in sizes, which would affect where and how it could be used. At first I thought maybe it came in two sizes, but don't see anything to suggest that here. Please have someone measure the actual product you're shipping out and let us know the size.
