Description
The screw mounting plate attaches to your house or shed wall (screws not included). The Reel will swivel nearly 180˚, so that reaching all sides of your yard is a snap. Zinc plated steel side discs and other parts of durable polypropylene.
The best part is, when it’s time to put your hose away for the season, you can simply lift the reel off its mounting plate and move it inside. The Hose Reel comes with a short special (5 ft.) section of hose to connect the Reel to the faucet bib. This Hose Reel is 22" wide and 14" in diameter.

The structure is not nearly robust enough and it wiggles and torques when winding and feels like it won't last."

Assembly Instructions are nebulous at best. Just recently retired and doing many other projects. actual step-by-step Photos would be better than the line drawings. I haven’t had time to finish the assembly.

"Instructions on side of the box are HORRIBLE and hard to follow. I called your sewrvice dept and was told thats all there is, and only other option was to wait for someone to call to try & explain it. . C'mon folks, you've been in biz for a while, would it be too much to ask to just put together a PDF file with clear instructions. Or in YouTube maybe make a short 2 minute video of the steps?. . I got this to work but still have a brass fitting that i didn't use and have no idea what it is or where it'd go"
