We have introduced a sleek purple sheath to complement our Purple Ultra-Sharp Pruner, a customer favorite! The high-carbon bypass-blade system, which has as a flowing, elegant look, offers almost a full inch of capacity, and the upper blade is titanium nitride coated (giving it that "gold" color) to preserve unusual sharpness. The handle is corrosion and sap-resistant brushed aluminum, with an anodized finish. Comfortable in the hand during those longer pruning sessions. One handle is slightly longer than the other, giving you more cutting torque. From blade tip to handle end this Pruner is 9" long.

"The color makes it a perfect gift for my wife, and the holster in a matching color completes the ensemble. This particular pruning shear is available elsewhere in a variety of colors, for much less, but without the holster. On the down side, the package I received arrived damaged, but it's too late to return before Christmas. It's clear the damage was done to the packaging prior to shipment.
