"The turned brass fittings all fit perfectly with no leaks. I didn’t even have to use any particular amount of force to put them on their respective fittings. This beats the hell out of any kind of plastic junk that we have bought before, although even that stuff sometimes worked OK, for a while. This is so much better and is what all hardware should be. Metal, selected for the application, and executed with quality manufacturing processes. I would buy it again in a heartbeat…"

"We had the plastic version of these connectors for several years but the plastic has aged and they were breaking. These brass connectors are identical in size and we have been transitioning by replacing the broken plastic ones to the brass versions here over time with a few in each order. They are more expensive than the plastic ones but we should have started with these many years ago."

"Garret wades customer service was again very good and rectified the situation with the garden hose end. They are sending me one from a brand new nozzles. Turns out the manufacturer has a special adaptor I needed and it isn’t available separately. Hopefully garret wade can work with the manufacturer and get a replacement piece as an option for purchase in the future. Thank you for getting me the right part."

"I’ve bought this item in the past. Overall, it works good but I had one that would not thread properly onto my hose, creating a leaking problem. Also, one interior piece is plastic and is subject to damage which renders the rather pricey connector useless."
