Now we’ve teamed with Netherton once again for a more compact version of this classic, presented here as a matched set of two identical roasting pans. Made to the same exacting specifications as the larger version, it features the same tapered sides, riveted iron handles, and welded corner seams, but in a convenient 9 ½” by 13 ⅜” size that allows you to fit two side by side in a standard oven. With a generous depth of 2 ¾”, this pan will turn out family-size servings of roasts, chilis, casseroles, and more. Comes preseasoned with flax oil for a deep black surface that is naturally nonstick, and will continue to season over time with use. Measures 9 ½” x 13 ⅜” x 2 ¾”. Made in England.
