Nothing compares to the taste and texture of fresh pasta, and it’s surprisingly easy to make at home. (The most common method is to mix 1 egg to 100 grams of flour, a drop or two of olive oil or water, knead, shape, and then let rest for an hour before rolling.) Rolling out your pasta by hand is typically the most time-consuming element, and that’s where our 3-Setting Pasta Maker comes in. The compact steel machine clamps securely to a counter or tabletop, and is adjustable to three settings to produce tagliatelli (a flat, ribbonlike noodle similar to fettucini), tagliolini (a thinner flat noodle similar to spaghetti), and thin, delicate sheets of pasta that are perfect for lasagna or ravioli. The chromed carbon steel rollers work smoothly to give you consistent results, and the whole thing sets up easily and breaks down quickly for storage. Measures 8 ½” x 7” x 6”. Made in the Netherlands.
