These three “couteaux de boucher” (butcher’s knives) were found recently among a trove of vintage knives in Thiers, France. The broad-handled Sticking Knife has served French butchers for generations! This set has three knives that each come in a different size. Sticking Knife Details

Each sticking knife features three pins and a European blackwood handle. The medium-stiff stainless-steel blades can handle large cutting jobs, while the tapered tip allows for precision tasks like boning. With brass pins and dyed 5 ¼” European beech handles, you can find these beautiful, vintage butcher’s knives in three sizes.

After each use, ensure the longevity of your knives by hand washing and drying each piece immediately. While these knives are gorgeous as a set, they’re also available individually.
