This 16½” long vintage French Chef's Knife is from a batch we have recently sourced, cleaned up, and made available for you. The craftsmanship is evident in the form and build quality. These are truly exceptional Thiers-made kitchen knives, with ebonized walnut handles that feature three Brass rivets. The knife is 16½” long overall, with an 11” blade and a 5½” handle. The 17½” Chef's Knife featured in the photo is no longer available.
As always, we recommend hand washing instead of using a dishwasher, in order to ensure the longevity of your tool.
