We have a long history with the traditional French knife making region of Thiers, and are always excited to bring you tools from their master craftsmen. This Pair of Vintage French Ham Slicing Knives do much more than just slice ham, but their length and thin blades are perfect for cutting thin slices from a variety of cooked meats. The rosewood handle features three Brass rivets, and has a classic, straightforward shape that makes for an easy, steady grip. It’s great for ham, poultry, and more – the long, straight blade is even ideal for spreading frosting on a cake. We have two slightly different sizes: one is 16½” long overall, with a 12” blade and 4½” handle, while the other is 16” long overall, with a 12” blade and a 4” handle. Both are beautiful examples of the skill of their makers and will serve you well for years to come.
