Spear Point Paring Knife
These beautiful paring knives feature variations on the blade profile, but both feature stainless steel blades, with Rosewood scales and Brass pins. They are decades old, hand-forged in Thiers, France, renowned as one of the world’s great cutlery centers. One has a 4 5/8" blade with a classic, straight-blade silhouette of your everyday workhorse Paring Knife. The second has a 3-¾" blade which curves slightly forward – in a slight Yatagan style. Put these vintage knives to work, slicing carrots and cucumbers, cutting up berries for a fruit salad, even peeling potatoes: they can take it. Because these are truly vintage, we have limited quantities, and when our stock is gone, they cannot be replaced. Hand-wash and dry only, no dishwasher.
