Q&A
- The extension mechanism on my new rake does not work. Product number 33A02.01
- Andrew, I checked 3 of the rakes and they were all stiff but did extend with a bit of persuasion. If yours really is impossible to open , please call our customer service team for a label to return the rake for a refund or replacement. Sorry about that.
- I have an outstanding recommendation for a rake like this I have had for ages. It has a patent #14216 on the handle but no name. Could my rake have been made by your company?
