Description
If you’ve ever watched a classic Western, then surely you’ve heard this sound, the comforting rapid ring of a Cowboy Dinner Bell (you can play the sound below). Made of blacksmith-forged steel, the “bell” is composed of three pieces: an 18" hanging bracket, a 15" tall triangle (with a curvy, spiral flourish) that swings free off the bracket by a leather thong, and most important, the 15" clapper, that you rattle around inside the triangle for as long as you want. Beautiful bell, minor adjustment
"Received as a gift at my suggestion. Out of the box, it is beautifully crafted! But it originally made a dull quite clanging sound until my husband realized the curly cur piece of metal was touching the triangle. He was able to bend the metal away (with a good amount of strength) and now it is loud and really rings! It did leave a little missing paint from where it had been rubbing. I hope this helps others out!! Happy with it otherwise. Will be using on our 25 acre farm!"

"The looks of the dinner bell are very nice. However, it does not seem to ""clang"". Rather, it has a dull, thudding sound. Not sure why that would be. I can not recommend this product."

This one I purchased for my daughter & her husband; who just moved to a 200 hundred acre / long horn cattle ponderosa; where cell phone service is not the greatest.
