Just add water to the bottom of the tray, fill your inserts with dirt, plant your seeds, and wait. When it’s time to transplant them to their new home, they slide out easily, with no over-compacted root systems. Then transplant to your waiting garden. Each insert measures 2” x 2” x 2 ½” H.
