Our Damascus-Steel Chef knife is 14" long overall has an 8-7/16" long, 1-¾" wide, and super-sharp blade. Made with 9CR18MOV steel that has a hardness of 58-60HRC. The handle is a beautiful construction of resin impregnated material (including Ebony), which is excellent for stability and long life. Always wash by hand and dry immediately.
