This delightful set of 3 different hand painted ‘singing’ birds (Canary, Robin & Finch) is a highly unusual type of handmade musical toy. The child holds the rod at the opposite end from the carved bird, and shakes it gently. Result? The bird “sings". We can thank those imaginative German craftsmen. Simple, charming, and makes you feel good. We need more of this kind of toy in all our lives. Overall length is 19".
