During recent explorations we were fortunate to source a large trove of vintage French kitchen tools from the famed Thiers region, and are pleased to offer them here. This long, thin “Genoise” cake knife is used when slicing cakes horizontally. The rosewood handle has 3 brass pins and the serrated stainless steel blade is engraved with maker’s mark. Beautifully made, and makes a great gift. Made in France.
