One of life’s great joys is waking up early on a morning in Paris and wandering the streets as the bakeries are bringing their fresh goodies out from the ovens. You’ve never smelled anything like it. While that may not be an accessible goal for most of us, we can recreate some of that sensation at home with the right tools and a few basic ingredients.

This French Patisserie set is your first step! Essentially a 3-in-1 kit, this kit includes:

• A versatile 11” tart pan with removable bottom for easy serving.
• 6 smaller 4” tart pans for individual treats. (We love them for mini quiches too!)
• A fantastic rotary apple peeler/slicer/corer. Fully metal with a comfortable wooden handle, it attaches to any countertop via suction cups.
• 3 recipes are included as well: Normandy-style Apple Tart, Apple Tartlets, and Chocolate Tart.

Pop an apple in place and turn the crank and in no time you’ve got a fully prepped piece of fruit (2mm or 4mm thick), ready for layering in your tart pans. Also great for prepping potatoes and sweet potatoes.  Made in France.
