This gorgeous “couteau de boucher” (butcher’s knife) was found recently among a trove of vintage knives in Thiers, France. The broad-handled “Sticking Knife” is comfortable in the hand and has served French butchers for generations. The medium-stiff, 6-3/8” stainless-steel blade can handle large cutting jobs, while the tapered tip allows for precision tasks like boning. Features three Brass rivets and a European blackwood handle. Decades old, but never been used. Refurbished and sharpened, and ready for your kitchen tasks. 11-¾” overall. Hand wash only and wipe dry immediately. No dishwasher. Quantities are limited.
