The medium-stiff, 6-3/8” stainless-steel blade can handle large cutting jobs, while the tapered tip allows for precision tasks like boning. Features three Brass rivets and a European blackwood handle. Decades old, but never been used. Refurbished and sharpened, and ready for your kitchen tasks. 11-¾” overall.
