Long Bladed Folding Harvest Knife

Made in Turkey by a renowned third generation company that’s been crafting hand tools since the 1950’s. The design of this traditional folding knife stretches far back in the rich agricultural history of Turkey. Known, and used most commonly, as a vineyard knife, it also goes by lining knife, nut saw, and banana saw (among other names). The curved and serrated blade is incredibly sharp and will slice cleanly through all kinds of tough plant material at harvest time. The shape of the wooden handle is a bit unusual to the eye, but very comfortable to use; there’s a good reason it has stood the test of time. Folds small enough to drop into a jacket or apron pocket, yet of substantial size when you get to work. Use for roots, deadheading, weeding, etc. Measures 13 ½” L overall, with a 6 ½” C75 carbon steel blade. Made in Turkey.
