Top 10 Essential Garden Tools For Spring

Now that the ground is thawing and the sun is shining, we wanted to share some of our favorite tools for spring.

Bringing the lawn and garden back from winter dormancy is a yearly ritual that provides us purpose in the spring, and also lets us finally get outside.

Much of the work we focus on includes getting beds ready for planting, cutting back invading bushes and hedges, and a lot of general cleanup. With this in mind, here are some of our favorite tools for this time of the year.

1. Grampa's Weeder

With our Grampa’s Weeder, there’s no kneeling or hand-pulling required to get rid of those unwanted garden visitors. You’ll save time and energy by being able to do all of your weeding standing up.

2. Heavy-Duty Garden & Garage Broom

Garden and soil preparations can get messy quickly. With this Garden Broom, you’ll be able to sweep up any debris quickly and efficiently. The extra-stiff bristles of this broom allow you to sweep up sand, pebbles, dirt and other detritus that often come with working outdoors.

3. Portable Bench & Kneeler

We are big fans. Right-side up, it is a comfortable, extra-wide, portable seat. Flip it over, and it becomes a kneeler, particularly useful when you are doing gardening or yard work.

4. 2-Gallon Watering Can

Constructed of hot-dipped galvanized steel and then coated in zinc to make it water-tight and rust-resistant.

5. forged Carbon Steel Hand Pruners

A seriously sharp pair of curved blades and a tough, responsive center spring that will stand up to all the work you throw at it.

Sold out

$142.00

6. super-Penetration Garden Shovel

Its tapered pointed blade and fully sharpened sides make it the very best tool to use for digging in hard, compacted or heavy clay-like soils.

7. Polished Cast-Aluminum Trowel/Cultivator Set

Indestructible, cast-aluminum finish, with a thumb recess on the top of each providing a surprising amount of additional control.

8. folding Pruning Saw for Serious Work
